As a new addition to the project family concept, ZeroWaste Byg invites industry partners to join in and discuss the student findings at the mid-term poster presentation.
The first afternoon with student poster presentations and participants from the industry (2017) was a highly inspiring and driven by the enthusiasm of all participants. The focus was on use of recycled concrete aggregates. The students presented their posters to the guests: Thomas Uhd and Anne Rosenkilde Lajer (The Danish Construction Association), Jens Nord (RGS90) and Erik Lauritzen (Lauritzen Advising).
The students gained significant knowledge from the meeting. This both in regards to the overall challenges in the use of recycled aggregates and on specific findings from their own experiments. Each student project was discussed in details and all students got interesting input to their coming experiments.
The day was of mutual benefit and our guests are eager to join similar events again. ZeroWaste Byg welcomes this type of collaboration!
